Hi. I just installed a new version of NIS2011, after it was about to run out of time. It seems that the new installation is OK, and yet when I check my subscription status, it tells me that I have 4 days left on my subscription.
I "talked" to the automated support, did not help.
One strange thing during the installation: I was not asked to activate the new version using the Product Key.
Thanks for any helpfull suggestions befort I run out of the 4 days.
