I just installed Norton Family on my PC and my son's PC. The software is incorrectly reporting times that my son is using his PC (yes, I have double checked this). For example, he is on it now at 11:11 a.m., but the system says it is 5:11 p.m. I know that the time is correct on both of our PCs (both are Eastern Standard Time, both get time info from internet). Any suggestions?
