I am being told that I have Error 3048,3 and must download and run Norton Power Eraser. When I follow the link, download npe.exe and run it, I get a message reading "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bat) or x64 (64-bat) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher".
What do I do? I am running Vista x64.
