The website of Kenneth Hagin Ministries -- http://www.rhema.org -- is wrongly listed as a cult site in the Norton DNS "C" list (C - Security + Pornography + Non-Family Friendly).
There is no difference in the doctrine taught by this site compared to other televangelist ministry websites that are allowed. They are hosting their Winter Bible Seminar online streaming this week, and I would like to be able to access it, while still maintaining the most stringent DNS protection.
