STARTCQS.EXE and RENEW.EXE files from http://www.compulife.com website were detected as suspicious files by internet security (Sonar). And became unusable in Normal Mode in Windows 7 after downloading. Because of their less usage by people(File insight). After giving user trusted status also nothings happening. After disabling firewall, Auto-protect, Download Insight, Browser Protection, Sonar also unable to run these files. Added exclusions in sonar, firewall, IE trusted websites still no go. Also tried in Firefox also. When tried in safe-mode with networking those files are installed and even working in the normal mode. Is there a way to clear these files from suspicious category in the future?
