mouse is moving, computer is NOT idle, NIS-Idle-Time-whatever-Task is NOT running
all programs/browsers (except Windows Task Manager) CLOSED
and ccsvchst.exe CPU usage: 97% ?!?!?!
seeing this, I disable Antivirus Auto-Protect and Firewall
and then? ccsvchst.exe CPU usage: 97%
it lasts for around 15 minutes, and yes, this happens from time to time
NIS slows down my computer to an extent that I can't do anything with it, for absolutely no reason
WHAT IS IT DOING???
