BTW I've had to copy and paste the text below into Chrome iOS app instance of this forum due to total unusability of the Identity Safe browser to be able to interact appropriately with its own help forum!
first things first - I'm here for a solution to the problem detailed in the title of this post but I find it incredible that I'm having so much
of a problem using the iOS Identity Safe browser to use this discussion board! I followed the link in the Vault App to report an issue
to find that The vault browser does not seem to be able to cope with
the discussion board and prevents me from being able to navigate around properly. I can't scroll around the web page fully and in
some cases, whilst trying to login to the forum and getting the password wrong, at all!!! If I have the keyboard displayed it seems to
allow scrolling to the limits of the page vertically but not horizontally and there is no pinch zoom that allows sufficient persistent zoom out
anyway the real problem is that the Identity Safe browser crashes when trying to log in to the popular Xero online accounting website
which normally, on other browsers, offers some kind of in page popup to enter your details. In this case the whole app is locked up
and either eventually dies or needs to be killed to get Identity safe browser back again. Www.xero.com
Identity safe on chrome on windows 10 works ok although it can't fill in the details in the in page popup but can when you enter bad
credentials and it offers you a second chance to enter credentials on the main webpage and not the popup.
