Hi everyone, I'm Vaclav from Czech Rep., I'm new here - I had no problems with Norton yet :-)
I'd have a question about my issue: using on Win 7 x64 notebook in Mozilla Firefox, Norton Safe Web started to give me a message about 2 months ago (once the Norton updated actually, when the look of the Safe Web in the browser changed):
"XML Parsing Error: Undefined Entity. Address: moz-pullprincipal:{2cbc8372-4b31-4977-a022-8c3c5a9f446e}".
I translated the message from Czech, so it may not be exactly this way in English, and the address may not be completely right as well, as it's quite unreadable (it shows only the upper half of the message).
The message appears just under the Norton Safe Web panel - as on the picture below, where the other panel should be when asking the user to login or giving him the options of usernames for the page. It appears when I'm not logged-in yet, or when I go on a web page where Norton Identity Safe has my login information saved.

The issue starts to be irritating, could anyone help me how to solve it? Or who to ask, I mean like for an official support? I have no ideas more. I tried uninstalling both Norton Internet Security and the Firefox at the same time, and clean-installing both later, but the issue remained.
Thanks a lot.
Vaclav
