XP SP3 svchost.exe no longer trusted after reinstalling NIS 2009

I'm running XP SP3.  I uninstalled and reinstalled NIS 2009 and then did a refresh of Norton Insight.  After that, svchost.exe and csrss.exe are not listed as trusted.  If I scan them individually they list as "not trusted" despite having been trusted before I did the uninstall.  It looks like they should be trusted based on this post.  The two files are the ones that came with XP SP3 and are dated April 2008.  I know they haven't changed because right before doing the uninstall, they were trusted.

I found a post from November 2008 with the same issue, but no solution was ever found to that.

So at this point my untrusted percentage is about 20% instead of the 12% it was prior to doing the reinstall.

Was XP SP3's svchost.exe and csrss.exe removed from the Norton Trusted list?

If not, how can I force them to be trusted again?

I can post their SHA values if need be.
