If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:

What browser did you import your favourites from? Are any other bookmarks missing?

brought them in from Google Chrome…(nothing missing) but what i didnt realize is that it puts those in a new folder called Bookmarks. if u do it again, it will add another folder…Bookmarks (1), etc. I just didnt know that.

so the SOLUTION is…

Delete those NOrton Priv Browser bookmarks using bookmark manager. click on one in the list and do crtl A and then delete. Then import the other bookmarks from Chrome if u want them updated and they pour in to Norton Private browser bookmarks properly. Or just use one browser after initial install of Norton Priv Browser. That would be smarter i guess but i still like orig chrome with the web safe on it. The norton private browser is safer and i have norton safesearch on that for additional safety.

solved myself. Reached out to Norton rep but i basically just figured this out as i worked on it. I had to pull the rep off my mouse because she went to my Amazon page for some reason and was getting awfully close to my account info. She has no reason to look at amazon dot com. That was weird. seems that most stuff i find that has issues (for any app or website) is either solvable by me over time, or it is a known bug that I am just not told about but find out ab it on Reddit or a community board like this or it is some crazy stuff that you need level 3 for and have to wait a few months…but i am still not told that it is a known issue. Would save me time if they actually tracked issues…like the top 10! not that hard to do.
