Hi I'm new here and my name is Jeannine. Most people call me neen or mama. Hope I placed this question in the right place, if not please forgive.I have Windows 8.1 64bit and Norton 360 came pre-installed on my desktop. I decided to upgrade before the trial ended and I think I downloaded it twice. Need to know how to fix this..help!? Would appreciate any input on this subject of which I feel so stupid about. 
In task manager it shows 2 NIS.exe..which I tried to upload for ya'll but O NO on the jpg file. Sorry only txt pdf allowed
