Yesterday I Paid the subscription for 2 years, NOT RECEIVED The key

I paid the amount for 2 years yesterday, but not received the key. Order ID: [Removed]

Have you checked with your bank to see if the payment has gone through?

 

 

its not sorted out even after 36 Hrs, 1st time when i contacted helpdesk, they mentioned that they can see my money and will be sorted out in 24Hrs.2nd time when i contacted different person took the call and told they not received the amount and i need to contact bank. As per bank its paid, but Noton guys now say it not reached, i asked to cancle the deal and refund the amount

Not ideal. But please update us when you check your account to let us know if things get sorted in 24Hrs.

 

I can't see anything under my subscription, i chatted with customercare they told due to server issue its not updated. it will take 24Hrs

Did you log into your Norton Account to see if you find the new subscription showing in your subscription list? You can get your product key from there.  In your Norton Account, click on the user icon at the top right of the screen and click on Manage My Subscriptions. Then look for the new subscription.

When you find the subscription, you can just click on the Download link in the listing and follow the instructions to install a pre activated copy of your Norton product.
