I recently found this file in a folder called 002 in my program directory. I had started having issues with my system. Could not play videos and other strange things. I went in and looked at all programs that had been loaded on the date when this had started and found this file. I also could not delete it as it said was being used. I restored to an earlier date and my problems went away along with this file. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it.
