Yosemite 10.10.5 Norton 360 for Mac unable to uninstall Norton 360

Please help...Norton Chat Sessions have not yielded any solutions. At this time problem has been escalated to "HIGH PRIORITY" case number #24163915. 

Background: Running on a Mid 2012 Macbook Pro 13" upgraded to Yosemite 10.10.5 and Norton 360 (multi user) was running but slow. Short time later, after start up I would have to reauthorize Norton with the KEY. Contacted Norton and began a long chat chain over multiple days. Norton continued to try and Uninstall Norton, each time it appeared done, however when the fresh Download started and a error would pop up and state the Norton Product must be removed before install can take place. I have been waiting now for over a week to hear back. During my wait I have notice on the Safari window the Norton LOGO with a drop down. The only active tab is the "ABOUT". Not sure if this is the missing piece to the puzzle or not. I am very frustrated...

Any help?
