I get this "You Are At Risk" message and when I click "Fix It" nothing happens. The fix posted on Support page doesn't work

When I clicked "Get support" in the task bar it says: "We did not find any issues with Norton 360 Premier"
Also, when I run Norton Inside, I get message "Norton Inside cannot collect the necessary data because it cannot connect to the Symantec server. ..."
I'm not 100% sure, but I think this issue came up after my last Windows Update.
Can you guys at Norton let me know how to fix this problem??
