After communicating with two of your service reps and spending an hour and 50 minutes of my time, Norton Internet Security is finally downloaded and working. I do not want this product automatically renewed after one year. Unfortunately, when I log on my account, I can't make the necessary change because I didn't purchase a product (despite buying it late this afternoon). This has been an incredibly annoying experience that I do not want to repeat. PLEASE MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGES SUCH THAT THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED TODAY IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED IN ONE YEAR.
