"you have been hacked"

When a tech was looking at my computer for problems, he called my attention to a system popup that said ‘you have been hacked’ and it offered CSRSS.EXE as an example of a hacking program that could leave me open to identity theft or other personal information that might not be safe. When I updated to Norton 2015, it shows that file as lots of users and OK. I am confused. If that is not a hacking program, why did some system resource identify it as one?
