You took a great product and made it worse with your latest update of Norton 360. It does not work as advertised. It does not do some of the simplest things such as emptying the recycle bin even though I have selected that option. It shows the recycle bin empty when the recycle bin has hundreds of items in it. If it cannot do that, who knows if it is doing the other operations it says it is doing? Tech support is of no use. If they do not have a script for it or if they cannot find the correct script, they do not understand. They call back multiple times even though I do not want to be called back. Customer service is unacceptable. I have subscribed to Norton products for about 20 years. This last update has been the worst experience I have ever had. All I ask is that the software do what you say it will do. It does not. It is a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

Please cancel and refund my Norton subscription. Paid several months ago and I am yet unprotected because this 83 year old could not sign in to your complicated process.
