this is what the info says in security history and there are two boxes one says trust the other says restrict and I'm supposed to choose?

yep me again. not sure if I'm infected or not but also this is happening on facebook:
when I login it shows facebook for android app and facebook for iphone app. I never installed these apps ...I don't have those devices. When I remove them, when the page refreshed they come back. I've tried blocking them in fb but the blocking utility says there is an error and try again later. Does this sound like an infection?

I do not have a network. I just have a desktop pc. no printer no phones no nothing else.
Sometimes I have to troubleshoot my internet connection...not because I can't get online but because for some reason it says my default gateway is not available and then it resets it and says it is fixed. but it happens again.
I don't know what that means either. I called my isp and they said it sounded like I had an infection. My daughter said that too.
I don't know what to think.
What do you think?
