IS says "Your Computer Needs Attention." The only option to to click on the "Fix now" button.
Before I let Norton try to fix the problem on its own, I'd like to know what the problem is. Isn't there an update Norton can do to allow us to view details (like a "see details" button), or at least view what the "issue" is that Norton sees. Even better would be an option to ignore this issue in the future.
As an example, in my case, I have decided to set IS not to scan outgoing emails for viruses. It therefore has an orange exclamation mark in the bar at the bottom of my computer, and says it needs attention and wants fixed. When I click on Fix Now, it turns outgoing email scanning back on so I then have to turn it back off.
But if I don't click "Fix It" I worry that maybe there is SOMETHING ELSE that needs attention, and there is no way to know without going through this fight with IS to turn scanning back on. I agree with the above - there should be a "show details" kind of option.
