If this message is showing up in your Norton Account also, I would recommend contacting Norton Support. They will be able to access your Norton Account and see what is going on there. You can contact them by using this link.

It is a norton message in my online account. I tried downloading it, but it doesn't go away. Now I can open the Norton on my desktop.

Does this message show up in a browser, or is it a Norton message? If it is Norton, have you clicked on Fix Now and restarted your computer?
