I keep getting message sometimes in the recent days, but I have no idea which message was the problem. The designer of the Norton seems to have good intention of having [email of recipient] [email subject] substitution variables in mind, but it never worked. It never never worked. I had to call my friends to find out which message they received and which was not.
Any way to make the substitution variables to work?
