3 a day for entire month of July. Sending me to the Norton Scammer Call Center in Mumbai.
Like everyone else - I'm commenting with the same annoying June report e-mails that keep coming..
I am also receiving the June report every day. Normally, it comes once on the first of the month. It's getting pretty annoying. NORTON, you need to fix this!!
Not only am I also getting buried in notifications, but Norton has also started calling me a new subscriber, and I get "first 30 days" notifications. wow
Ditto -- still receiving the June Monthly every day.. I attempted to 'chat' at one point, had to wait >10min for an agent, and the agent IMMEDIATELY closed the chat (without even saying hello)
Norton -- I am losing my patience~~
The email I receive includes the statement:
No scans were run in the past 30 days. We recommend checking your devices and scheduling automatic scans.
Which, I ASSURE YOU, is incorrect~!!
I have been receiving 3 emails daily for the past week (Your June protection report). ALSO, since I purchase the 5 device plan, now Norton thinks they are protecting 10 (ten) devices! For years, I’ll buy a “key” and renew manually. Then later on, I unsubscribe from auto renew.

This issue was acknowledged by Norton employee Gayathri on Friday June 5. And in the US, it is the July 4th weekend, that may have reduced staffing. If it were an issue with the protection products, there would be a team working overtime on the weekend to fix it. This is more of an admin type issue, so I would not expect to see any resolution until Monday at the earliest.

Same here, have been getting three emails daily since July 3 (its now July 7).
I am also being drenched by the Norton email sprinkler.
Curious issue. I'm puzzling over the length of time it has taken to 'turn it off'. Usually, production systems are designed so they can be reverted immediately if unexpected behavior is observed. I am presuming they were 'enhancing' their dispatching system. A little drama in someone's day.
I unsubscribed from everything except "Required Messages" and I'm still receiving three of these emails every day.
I just gave up and unsubscribed to the reports … If it ever gets fixed I will resubscribe.

I am having the same problem with 3 "report" files being sent by Norton, except I get them EVERY DAY! It's really getting annoying!
They sure don’t waste any time trying to sell you something!! Everyday, selling more protection and cleanup…
As been mentioned, this really doesn't instill confidence in Norton if they can't get this figured out
