This is already being discussed rather heavily in another thread (usually near the top of the message queue, so I am pretty sure you will find it). Unfortunately, there is no fix for now.

To tell someone that the issue has been previously discussed and refer them to the top of the thread is useless if one can no longer access that area. See http://community.norton.com/norton/board/message?board.id=Norton_360&message.id=1139 and please explain to all of us how this is done. It would always be more helpful to provide a link in anything you refer to.

Thanx,

SS

Unfortunately I also have this problem. I am running XP SP3 (Though I had the problem under SP2 too) and Norton 360 v2 2.3.0.9

The limited accounts always have the red x with "Your PC is not protected from intrusion attempts". The administrator account does not have the issue.  I prefer day-to-day computer use in a limited account (just for added protection) but this is quite annoying....

I tried the re-installation fix but the problem was back after next live update.
