Your Protection Report

Hi Respected Norton Community Support Users

Below screen shot show my Devices 4 numbers Android, are protected,  not change anything from last one month.

Today 15 June 2023 when I checked protection Report it's not showing any details 

The Below is the Screen shot of all permission allowed to Norton 360 Android Application

These are the same settings used in all my 4 Android Mobile Devices 

I don't understand why protection Report not getting synchronized with my Norton Web Portal Report lt is saying fallowing

When I have done everything it asking why Report is not synchronized.

You are using the devices page in your Norton Account to check your protected devices. Unfortunately that web page has been notorious for gaming incorrect information. To check which devices are currently activated in your 360 subscription click on the user icon at the top right of the Norton Account page and click on Manage My Subscriptions. Then find your 360 subscription and click on Manage Licenses. That will show the correct information for what devices are protected.

On the devices, when you open the 360 app, when you swipe up on Your Protection Report at the bottom of the page, do you have any information reported there?

What devices are you using and what Android versions on those devices?
