Your scan and network protection are at risk

Today Norton Internet Security is saying "Your scan and network protection are at risk" and showing a "FIx Now" button.  Clicking the "Fix Now" button runs LiveUpdate, but LiveUpdate says my product is up to date. Once the "fix" is completed, clicking the "Done" button just takes me back to the original screen that says my Mac is at risk. The product update logs do not show any suspicious activities nor problematic updates. Does anyone else have the same issue? Is there an issue with the latest update from Symantec?

Thanks for any assistance.

Darina56 Are you downloading the manual updates from this link and rebooting your system once installed?

If you cannot get that package remove and reinstall your product by following the steps in this article.

the reported solution does not work for me unfortunately.

I have the problem above where I get the message "a network error occurred" and I am at risk.  Does anyone know if this issue has been resolved?
