I use Norton Family and Youtube vides will not load. I have an exception in the house rules so Youtube is allowed. ‘Arts, Entertainment, and Music’ is also allowed. We can access youtube, select a video, see an ad, but the video never plays. The black screen just spins forever. Please help.

Please try clearing your browser cache, then restart the browser and test it again.
If you still see the issue, please allow the below websites in the house rules.
In-addition to youtube.com, please add the below URLs using the Exception tab and allow them.
“play.google.com”
“googlevideo.com”
On the child machine, right click on Norton Family “TrayIcon” and click on “Update House Rules”
Clear the browser cache and close all the opened browsers and re-launch the browser and try visiting Youtube.com
