Youtube sound report keeps on playing every 15 mins.

Hello Forum

I am seeking help. I have a new (14 day old PC) from Dell, running Windows 10. The system has tiles and apps, though I usually run it in desktop format.

I run Norton Security 22.5.4.24. Update and have run Full Scans, but this does not solve my problem. I am fully upto date with security downloads though live update.

For the last few days I have had a repeated sound report from the site www. newsinlevels . com break into my speakers about every 15 mins. The news reports are I believe also featured on YouTube., (The company claims their reports are also on YouTube.) I have seen the video, it spontaneously popped onto my screen a few days ago, and featured exploding volcanoes. I simply closed the window. I contacted the company 'newsinlevels' but they did not know what I was talking about! It is always the same sound report though I think the adverts may be getting longer. It lasts for about 20 seconds.

I have searched my installed programs and my apps but cannot find anything suspicious. I run Internet Explorer, Firefox and also have Chrome installed. Partly because of problems with finding suitable browsers that will run Nortons Identity Safe for password logins.

This happens independant of my browsing and is becomming increasinglyl annoying. It means I cannot have my speakers on, or my microphone or carry out any online vocal conversations through a microphone.

Your help and guidance is much appreciated.

Best regards
