Youtube Viedos not reported

Hi,

I've installed Norton family on my daughters Android Smartphone (ZTE BLADE A512). I also activated video Supervision. My daughter watches youtube videos with the browser, but I don't receive any reports about these activities.

Can somebody help me please?

Hi @kppfei,

     Yes, the current recommended solution is to block YouTube App on your child's device. I have also sent you a private message regarding viewing YouTube in browsers.

Correction: Is it so, that i have to block the youtube-App so that she has to use the mentioned browsers?

Hi @kppfei,

     Can you kindly share from which browser the videos were watched, as we monitor YouTube videos watched from Norton Family browser and Chrome browser only?

     If it is Chrome browser, did you receive an e-mail stating that Accessibility service was turned off?
