You've been logged out due to inactivity **ERROR MESSAGE***

I am getting the error message "You've been logged out due to inactivity" then it prompts you to log in again - however when I enter my password and click log in I then get the error message "Unexpected error enountered... Please retry."

 

So I try again, and the same thing happens - I'm not able to log into my norton account - have tried uninstalling/reinstalling and get the same message.
