Why is it impossible to reach a live human being at Norton? I'm a LifeLock customer, and I'm receiving fraudulent billing statements from somebody pretending to represent Norton, and I want to report it, but there is absolutely no way to reach a representative by phone or even email! They put a picture of the happy, friendly support person with a headset on their "customer support" page, but no such person exists! Such a crappy company...
Norton_newbie:It appears that Norton/Lifelock runs its own scam. I was trying to contact LifeLock about an incident that just happened. The link from Lifelock for "MEMBER SERVICES AND SUPPORT" only sends you to a Norton site that is trying to sell more products, or 'plus up' products that we already have.

The images on that help center page is of users that are happy that Norton is protecting them. They are not support agents.

Verify that an email you receive from Norton is legitimate
Sometimes you may receive mails from scammers claiming that it is from Norton. If you receive suspicious mails that look like it is from us, forward it as an attachment to spam@norton.com.
