Basically my Norton Security Scan revealed a ZeroAcess trojan, and told me to remove it manually by running the ZeroAccess removal tool, downloaded from Symantec. I did this, restarted the computer as it said to do, but then when i ran the removal tool it said there was no infection. The security window then popped up saying the trojan was still there and to remove it using the ZeroAccess removal tool. Ive dont this three times, and every time the removal tool says there is no infection followed by the security window telling me the trojan is still there. How can i resolve this? Thanks
