hi guys, I just recently joined the forum to address this issue I’m having with Norton Internet Security 2009. what happens is, on a forum that is on the Zetaboards server, the forum skin is pretty much set to a very basic version. I can’t do lots of functions or see emoticons in their standard form. the problem is parental controls. they, for some very strange reason, block off the forum skin and make it look really basic. when the parental controls are disabled, you hit the refresh button a few times and then it looks normal.
