Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work anymore. I started using OnlineFamily.Norton right after New Years 2010. At first, my 9yo daughter was watching Youtube videos using the Kidzui.exe client app although I was explicitly blocking youtube.com in OFN's Web Settings. I didn't expect it to work, but it did - and I didn't question it. Now sometime during the last week or so, it no longer works. If OFN has a block on youtube.com, anything from Youtube is blocked, whether accessed through the Kidzui application or on ZuiTube (as expected). Bummer. Net Nanny let me make an exception for kidzui.exe. OFN has no feature for making exceptions for executables. I stopped using Net Nanny because it slowed down webkinz.com to an unacceptable extent. My daughter was not able to use the Trading Room. The slowness could not be attributed to the pc - I had even bought her a brand new one with decent performance specs: Net Nanny on - slow webkinz.com. Net Nanny off - fine.
In any case, OFN is working fine otherwise. Hopefully an application exception feature will be introduced, even if it is only with a future paid version.
