Norton causing BSOD when on ESPN website
Since January 18, 2019 when I am on the ESPN website, either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, I get a WATCHDOG BSOD. When I opened the Minidump files (.dmp) it says "Probably caused by IDSvia64.sys " which is a Norton file. This has been happening to many people as similar questions have been brought up on the Microsoft forum as well as many other tech forums. The commonality is that it only seems to happens on ESPN website. But my three different .dmp files are claiming no symbols and IDSvia64.sys as the cause.
What's the fix?
(Running WIndows 10 with all updates on my Alienware Area 51 R2 desktop PC). Got one reply on another forum this morning that it has been happening to someone else on his 2 HP laptops since January 18, 2019 as well. Any significance to that date? Did Norton do an update then?
