Norton 360 crashing after new patch updates
I have had Norton 360 installed on my two computers for almost 2 years, and this is the first time I'm experiencing this problem. After running LiveUpdate, as I always do every day, a security update appeared and I proceed to install it as usual. The issue is, that while I use the computer (even after several restarts) Norton continues crashing almost 1 time per hour.
Sometimes it starts to run again almost inmediately... but I have had 2 times where it just stopped working (while I was not in front of my computer) and then it ddidn't restart, leaving my computer without protection. I had to close everything I was working on, and then restart the computer in order to get Norton to work again.
This is getting quite annoying, I have to admit. Although the remote customer service is good, I simply can't (right now) lose almost 2 hours of my time, waiting for a fix. I have to say that my internet connection isn't the best, so a Norton 360 complete download will last almost 20 minutes.
Have someone else experienced this problem? How could I fix it? I have ran several Norton Autofix, and all say the same (included below) Thanks in advance for any information you can give me about this.
