All websites are being blocked
I have installed Norton Family on a couple different devices. On one of them, a Windows Vista machine, even though I have allowed all access (monitored only), no web pages will open. I have tried a number of different settings, restarted the Vista Machine, clicked update House Rules, etc, no luck. Any ideas?

Can you please try to uninstall/reinstall Norton Family on the PC to see if that helps?

Thank you for the response! I have uninstalled still no luck. Very frustrating.....feel like I'm missing something very simple.
