What device are you using, and what Android version?
What is the version of ID Safe on your device?

The ID Safe app does not use the Chrome browser that is installed on your phone. But I do not know what the browser they use is based on. So the only way to update what the bank is seeing is to ensure your ID Safe app is updated.
Please clarify. Are you having trouble accessing the bank on your phone or your PC?
I asked because I am trying to verify the facts. Many new users to the forum post in the wrong forum because they find something close to what they are looking for in a search.
The only way you can update the browser in Identity Safe app is to update the app. Look at the Google App Store on your phone and check under your installed apps. See if Norton Identity Safe is listed as having an update available.
Have you tried to access the pay function on another browser to see if it is just the ID Safe version with the problem?
Try clearing the ID safe app cache in the Android settings, then restart the phone.
If you are referring to the announcement at the top of this board, it was in 2014. I was trying to find the date of the last update, but checking my version I have 22.214.171.1247. Much further ahead of the version in the announcement, 126.96.36.1998. Did you have this version?
Did you try my last 2 suggestions? I ask in case others see this same problem, and I can use this suggestion again or rule it out.
