Just upgraded to Windows 10. The installation wiped out Norton 360 from my PC. I reinstalled it. Now I can't activate it, always get an error when I tried it...
Um, did you re-install N360 v18.104.22.168
Does error have a description / number.
Can you connect to Norton server eg: Get Support
I got the installation file (NortonN360PDownload.exe) off of my account page on Symantec.
The message I got is :"
Unable to Proceed
We were unable to complete activation of your upgraded product. Try again by clickingActivate Now in the main window of your product. (-1010).
Interesting. If you try out the steps on this page, are you able to get things to function correctly?
"The document that you are looking for is unavailable"
That's the message I'm getting when I hit that link!

I didn't get any notification after I upgraded to Windows 10 regarding my antivirus needing update. The upgrade deleted Norton from the PC...
I uninstalled Norton 360 and reinstalled it ( the same way I did before). After the installation I was able to activate it without any problem .
Probably something went wrong during my first installation attempt.
