Our home domains are considered unclassified

We have our browser home page on one of our computers and another one uses it.  Since I blocked "unclassified" web sites, the page isn't accessible.  I tried putting it in the allowable sites but it didn't work (at least the way I did it).  I put in ourcomputer.home.htm which is what the browser home page was assigned to.  Can I keep the "unclassified" blocking and get to our home domains?

Re: Our home domains are considered unclassified

You can keep "Uncategorized" blocked and still should be able to access the specific site by making it whitelisted item. I see you have already tried to do so with no help, but let us try again in following way:

 1) Login to Web Portal (https://onlinefamily.norton.com)

2) Go to Actvity of child

3) Click the activity related to home domains. This will be appearing in red text "Blocked Web site visited".

4) Select the radio button "Allow this site" if it is already not selected.

5) Click on UPDATE SETTINGS

6) Note that text of activity will be in black color now, indicating that your input is accepted. Now this site is whitelisted; which can be confirmed by viewing the listed items under "Specific Web sites to allow" from child's Web Settings menu.

Once above rules are updated to the child PC on which home domain is getting blocked, then you should no longer face this issue.

If that does not help, please let us know what happens exactly when you try to access ourcomputer.home.htm.
