Quick Scan Processing forever

A few things are going wrong with my Norton 360. When I try to click the "Fix Now" button to do a quick scan, it just keeps saying "Processing" for a very long time. I can't run it through the Run Scans or right-clicking on the system tray. Also, I'm not able to open the settings page.

I've ran LiveUpdate and Autofix, but none of them worked.

Any help?

Hi. What is your operating system ? If Windows 8 or 10, it needs to be completely shut down for Norton to correctly update.

Also turning Fast Startup off may help, as this has been known to cause issues.

If this doesn't solve the problem, you may want to reinstall 360 with the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool, which will give you a clean copy.   http://www.norton.com/nrnr

If used, please read the Before you begin note and run Live Update after, until no more are found. Reboot again.
