I installed all of the Norton tools for Chrome. However when I go out of Chrome and come back in, I am asked if I want to install these same items. Why and how do I correct it?
I have the exact same problem. I have done everything that can be done. But yet I still have to go into extensions and check the boxes every time I pull up the internet. Reboot does not help.

Hi, C Parry. Have you rebooted your computer ? Also, have you checked in Chrome settings that the extensions are enabled ?
Often, you need to tick the boxes manually.

Try clearing cookies and temporary files from your browser. Worth a try.
