I have 33 days left on my Norton 360, but today received an email from Norton telling me that I only had 9 days left. How can I correct this?

Are you sure that the email was from Norton and not some spam email?
Thanks for your reply floplot, you raise a good point, but luckily it was from Norton and I followed Peter's advice and contacted live help, it was a misunderstanding and has now been resolved.
