Anti Virus Crashed, needed re-install... now wont accept Key

Hi,

Earlier today i has a Norton error while starting up my PC, Norton said the error could not be fixed so it directed me to the website to run the rescue tool to uninstall & reinstall.

My Key is valid until  6/9/2017

When i try to download from my logged in page on the norton website it takes me to :

No License Available

You’ve used all of the licenses on your Norton AntiVirus subscription. To get more licenses, click the button below.

then if i try transfer a licence :

Transfer License

To transfer a license, you must first fix all issues Norton Security has found on your devices.

then it just sends me into a loop back to No License Available.

any help appreciated, thanks

I have exactly the same problem.

Re: Anti Virus Crashed, needed re-install... now wont accept Key

It needed a complete uninstall, used a downloaded program to do it rather than just the usual uninstaller.

Then reinstall from scratch, you can then input your key again.

i used the online norton chat, they sent the links for the uninstall program & fresh install.

good luck!

Hello

For a complete removal, you can use the Norton Removal Tool. you can go to your Norton Account and install your pre-activated program by clicking on the download button.

Thanks.
