Norton won't accept product key
I downloaded the latest version of NIS from manage.norton.com and installed it on my new Windows 10 Laptop. My desktop is seat one and this will be seat 2 of 3 and my current subscription doesn't expire until the end of May. However, Norton says I have a trial and won't accept my current key. I'm not sure what to do now and need some help.
My experience with chat in the past was not positive so whatever I need to do, if possible, I'd like to do myself. Thanks in advance for your advice and help.
