Whenever I scan on LiveUpdate for new definitons, check for updates works fine but "Download" and "Process" updates fail to work properly!
Have you restarted ? If on Win 10, this is required for Norton to correctly operate.
If that doesn't help, a reinstall may be needed.
If used, please read the Before you begin note, run Live Update manually after the reinstall until no more are found and them restart.
