Have 30 licences, Only 27 Used, Cannot install on another device

Hi,

I am not sure if this the right place to be posting this, but I cannot see anywhere to ask.

We have 3 subscriptions all Norton Small Business, 1 x 20 Licences and 2 x 5 Licence, and have Norton installed on 28 computers.  But I was unable to activate Norton on another computer.  So I removed a device, so we were only using 27 out of the 30 licences.  Then tried to activate again, and it still says I have no licences available.  

When i look at my subscriptions via my.norton.com, it says there are 0 licences available.  When there should be 3 available.

There seems to be an issue with our account as we are unable to use the licences that we have paid for.  Is someone able to look into this?

You will have 3 separate entries in your Norton Account for your subscriptions. Be sure you are using one of the subscriptions that still have the available installs.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Thats not the issue.  There seems to be bug/issue in the Norton management interface which is when you add a "Device" it assigns a licence to that device, but when you remove that device it does not release the licence.  The only way to remove licence appears to be via the computer name.

Since I don't have a list of computer names, I need to generate this to be able to release the un-assigned licences.  So will speak this week manually compiling a list of computer names, since there is also no way to view the computer name of a Device.

The person I spoke to informed me that this desired behaviour of the Norton Management Interface, and I need enterprise licences instead of Small Business licences.  Although i believe this is a bug/limitation with the My Norton Management console.
