Help needed after Norton install by tech remotely
Needed to contact Norton for help after my antivirus gave me a message " Attention...Norton Internet Security has encounted an error 8504,100" I contacted live chat and a different representatives on 4 occasions deleted and reinstalled Nortons on my laptop manually as the NR&R would not run. After many hours, the last representative told me that he could not fix the problem and signed off......gone.......now I still can't open Nortons.
What can be done???
