Help needed after Norton install by tech remotely

Needed to contact Norton for help after my antivirus gave me a message " Attention...Norton Internet Security has encounted an error 8504,100" I contacted live chat and a different representatives on 4 occasions deleted and reinstalled Nortons on my laptop manually as the NR&R would not run. After many hours, the last representative told me that he could not fix the problem and signed off......gone.......now I still can't open Nortons.

What can be done???

Hello Clarkie 1 Please follow the instructions found in this link to resolve your issue. When you run the tool remember to tell it you are reinstalling. Let us know what your results are.

This solution does not work as the NR&R download will not open on my laptop.
