Tried to upgrade with a current subscription?
Has anyone with a current subscription tried to upgrade? I have had multiple issues with this. I originally got a message from Norton that I should upgrade and they wanted to charge me full price 4 this upgrade. Now I only have 130 days left of my original purchase. At that point then they would probably renew everything including the full price of the upgrade. I really Lowe's waiting on hold on the phone for Norton it drives me crazy. On the other hand I've been trying to chat for a week to get this problem solved because everytime I try to go to purchase it there's a problem. I'm sorry to be long-winded but in any event by then got a message that they would give me a charge that was comprable to the full price they must have realized their mistake because I ignored the first message. That being said whenever I've tried to log in to purchase it when I go to check out they then bump the price up to the full amount even though that's not what they offered me. I have contacted Norton several times via chat and I keep getting disconnected I'm also on hold for long periods of time prior to that they keep saying it's me I don't think so. I'm just curious to know if anyone else has had such difficulty.
