HORRIBLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR NORTON CORE
I got Norton Core and the printers do not work. Simple thing to call customer support for assistance. They are the "professionals" right??? Well 4 "professionals" later and I am WORSE off than when I started. They do not understand me nor can they explain themselves effectively at all, but real quick to share their frustration with me. They connected to my computer and did NOTHING, looked around a bit as lost as I was trying to trouble shoot the printer problem which is now a network problem. Periods of silence with no activity or sound on the phone as if I was interrupting them with my call. Then we repeated it all over & over getting nowhere.
I AM NOT HAPPY! I cannot find a number to speak with someone in the United States that has time, interest in assisting me that seems to know what they are doing and able to express themselves in easy to understand terms. I most certainly an not the "professional" which is why I contacted them.
THE WORST "TECHNICAL SUPPORT" I HAVE EVER USED. I mean that.
Printers don't work. Norton core not setup correctly. Network not setup correctly. I have no clue why. Worse, no one that can help at Norton Core. Technical support should be able to walk you through the process. They should be able to explain what they are doing or trying to do.
Suggestions? Anyone else have this problem with technical support "professionals"???
